Happiness

The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.
- Marcus Aurelius

If we cannot be happy with what we have now, then we will never be happy no matter how much Good Fortune comes our way.

Wealth

Wealth is NOT something you pursue. What you pursue will elude you. Wealth is something you ATTRACT by the person YOU become.

About Reflection Mastery

Reflection Mastery is an ADHD coaching practice built on the belief that meaningful change begins with self-understanding. Many people with ADHD work hard yet still feel stuck, overwhelmed, inconsistent, or frustrated with themselves. The problem is often not effort — it is trying to function through systems and expectations that do not fit the way their mind works.

Our approach combines ADHD-informed coaching, reflective self-awareness, pattern recognition, and practical experimentation. Rather than relying on surface-level motivation or rigid routines, we help clients understand how their attention, motivation, emotions, habits, and environment interact. Through calm, direct guidance, clients learn to recognise recurring patterns, reduce unnecessary self-criticism, and develop strategies that better support the way they naturally function.

Reflection Mastery supports people with ADHD who want greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of direction. The goal is simple: help you understand yourself, work with your mind, and build a life that feels more manageable, intentional, and authentically yours.

I’m not in the business of treating disabilities. I’m in the business of unwrapping people’s gifts.

How We Help

We help you understand how your ADHD mind works, recognise the patterns that keep you stuck, and build practical ways of living that work with your brain. When you understand yourself better, change becomes clearer, more realistic, and more sustainable.

Telling someone with ADD to ‘try harder’ is like telling someone who’s nearsighted to squint harder.” — Dr Edward Hallowell
