Values

1. Self-Understanding Before Self-Correction

We believe change begins with understanding, not criticism.

Before trying to change a behaviour, we first look at what is happening underneath it — your attention, motivation, emotions, environment, expectations, and patterns.

We do not begin with:

“How do we fix this?”

We begin with:

“What is actually happening here?”

2. Work With Your Brain, Not Against It

ADHD is not something you overcome by forcing yourself to behave more like someone without ADHD.

We help clients find approaches that fit the way they actually think, feel, focus, organise, and respond.

Our goal is not conformity.

It is effectiveness without unnecessary self-conflict.

3. Individuality Over One-Size-Fits-All Solutions

No two people experience ADHD in exactly the same way.

A strategy that works brilliantly for one person may be completely unsuitable for another.

We value personalised coaching, practical experimentation, and solutions built around the individual rather than generic formulas.

4. Awareness Without Shame

Self-awareness should create clarity, not another reason to judge yourself.

We encourage honest reflection on patterns, behaviours, strengths, and difficulties without reducing them to laziness, weakness, or personal failure.

Understanding a pattern gives you more choice in how you respond to it.

5. Acceptance and Growth Can Coexist

Accepting yourself does not mean giving up on change.

And wanting to grow does not mean rejecting who you are.

We believe meaningful development happens when people can recognise their challenges honestly while also respecting their strengths, needs, and individuality.

Growth should come from understanding, not self-rejection.

6. Practical Change Over Perfect Systems

We are not interested in creating routines that look impressive but collapse in real life.

We value strategies that are usable, adaptable, and realistic.

If something does not work, we do not treat that as failure.

We treat it as information.

We adjust, experiment, and keep building.

7. Clarity, Honesty, and Directness

We value clear thinking over unnecessary complexity.

Our coaching is calm, practical, and direct.

We do not use shame, pressure, exaggerated promises, or hype.

We help clients look honestly at what is working, what is not, and what may need to change.

8. Strengths Matter as Much as Struggles

ADHD coaching should not become an endless inventory of deficits.

Alongside genuine difficulties, we pay attention to strengths, interests, creativity, curiosity, energy, values, and the environments in which a person functions best.

The goal is not simply to reduce problems.

It is also to build around what is already strong.

9. Progress Over Perfection

Real change is rarely linear.

There will be good weeks, difficult weeks, systems that work, and systems that need to be rebuilt.

We value progress, adaptability, and the ability to recover rather than unrealistic consistency.

A setback is not the opposite of progress.

It is part of learning what works.

10. Authenticity Over Performance

We do not help people become better at performing a version of themselves that exhausts them.

We help them understand who they are, what they need, what matters to them, and how they want to live.

The aim is not to become somebody else.

It is to become more capable of living as yourself.
