OSKAR Model

SMART Goal Setting

SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Coaches help clients set clear, actionable goals that are aligned with their values and priorities, breaking them down into smaller, achievable steps to track progress effectively.
